Kep has spent well over two decades working in the land management, procurement, management, and land disposition practices of Forestry with a major land management company and within the private forest industry sector. Growing up in rural Lancaster County on a small farm fostered a passion for the outdoors, nature and the environment as a whole leading him to enroll at Clemson University and earning a BS in Forest Management.

This passion and experience along with working and living in this area of the central Piedmont of the state enable Kep to assist individuals in their endeavors to locate and purchase timberland and recreational properties.

​Personal: Kep resides in rural Lancaster SC and has two grown children Kathryne and William. In his spare time, you can find Kep hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
